AP-325 Provision Details Page is not Loading from GUI | WLC 7010

    WLC 7010 (OS: 6.5.4.3) & AP-325

     

    From GUI (Wireless--> AP Installation--> Provisioning) we couldnot able to open one AP-325 provision page (currently two APs are managed by WLC, we need to change AP Name and Group, we tried to do this from GUI). once we select the particular AP and click Provision page unfortunately AP details (that means provision page for particular AP) are not open but other AP we able get the same page.

     

    after this we have moved AP to new group using console command (ap-regroup command).

     

    we have restarted the Controller also but no luck.

    pls check attachment

     

    Attachment No 1: that AP showing on Provisioning page

    Attachement No 2: once we selected and click "Provision" browser trying to open the AP details but nothing is showing.

    Did you try clearing your browser cache?

    i have rename the AP name from controller console using commands after reboot the AP, from GUI we able to get the Provision page. 

     

    now its resolved aanyway we kept this as under observation and will update the status asap.
