AP RAP radio issues

I have a a 200 controller which was left over stock in the office.  I have three AP 60s and one RAP5WN.

I have setup a ap group for the AP 60 and another for the RAP 5 acting as a AP running at 5Ghz.

The problem I have is the radio keeps shutting down and starting back up again on the RAP 5.  I have seen one of the AP60 do the same.

I cannot seem to work out why the radios keep rebooting.  I have cleared the config yesterday and rebuilt it but im still seeing the same issue.  Is there a incompatibility issues between hardware?

I cant log a call with tac as the hardware is end of life

Re: AP RAP radio issues

Try to ssh into the controller and run "show log system 100" to see if you have any clues why this is happening.

Re: AP RAP radio issues

I would type "show port status" and find the interface that is the uplink to your network.  Then I would type "show interface <whatever interface>" to see if there are any errors on that interface that would be dropping traffic.  I would then type "show ap debug counters" to see how many times access points are rebooting or bootstrapping.

Re: AP RAP radio issues

I might have discovered the issue

The downstairs link with the rap connected was plugged into a virginmedia super hub, so to the controller.

I have moved all equipment to a switch and so far all looks stable
