    I monitor from AirWave.
    AP325

    AP1 : 30 clients

    AP2 : 9 clients
    My firmware controller version 6.4.4.10

I would like  to know why AP does not blance clients, Even though both AP are same area. And How to solve it to balance clients.

    thankyou.

I use this Aruba ASE website to setup different RF environments:

    Thanks!

We see the same thing as well. We have two AP-225s in our library. One AP will have 40, the other with 10. Very lopsided.

How far apart are the APs in your library? Did you apply the settings on a per-AP basis or to an AP-Group?

    What model of APs?

Also, when doing these small, LPV-ish (large-public venue) type designs, I find it's a best practice to place all of the APs in question into their own AP group with their own SSID profiles. That way you don't accidently apply put all of the stricter wireless settings from the ASE website to your entire campus.

The load balancing mechanism by default starts load balancing clients when the number of users is 30

You can influence what clients do by lowering the power...

Also the number of clients on an AP goes up and down.  Alot of users on an AP does not mean poor performance, because it is possible that your clients are doing nothing in the AP with 30 users but alot of traffic on the AP with 9.  You need to look at channel utilization of your APS to determine how you are really doing.
