We have some AP105 (on ArubaOS 6.1.2.6) in the site that have experienced some problems that some clients (iPhone and Android) getting disconnected immediately once they tried to connect to a specific AP. Checked on the Aruba Controller Web interface and the AP seems to be normal. Once reboot the AP from the web console everything works fine. May I ask is there any proactive way to detect this kind of problem before users complaint that they can't connect to the WiFi network?

The answer is yes and no, depending on what is causing the issue.  Some issues give no warning and it is impossible to get ahead of them.  Your best bet is to read the troubleshooting thread here: http://community.arubanetworks.com/t5/Community-Knowledge-Base/802-11-RF-Troubleshooting-Best-Practices/ta-p/20410 so that you can isolate obvious issues, and be prepared to troubleshoot others.
