AP225 Compatibility with 3000 Series Controllers

    Hi,

     

    Can anyone please confirm if AP225/224 is compatible with controllers other than 7200 series? By compatible i mean with all its features and functionalities e.g speed upto 1.3 Gbps etc?

    Speed is one feature, i want to know about all the features of AP225/224 that may or may not be available when used with controllers other that 7200 series.

    Yes it is compatible .

    Note: that if you have a 3200 controller it requires a memory upgrade . In order for 225/224 to work the controller needs AOS 6.3

    Yes i know that AP225/224 can be terminated on, say,  MC3400 but i wanted to know that whether it will continue to provide all the features that come with 11ac as well?

    As long you have 6.3 the AC features will be supported
