    Hi,

We are using a 3400 controller an AP225 and AP135 we have had a couple of power flickers in our server room and although the controller does not go down the PoE APs are losing connection to the controller when this happens. Is there anything that can be down to prevent this on the Aruba side?

    Thanks

    MJF

Are you saying the APs are rebooting after losing power and reconnecting to the controller or they are rebooting after losing power and then not able to reconnect to the controller without some action on your part?

    Hi,

The APs are connecting after they reboot so its not a critical issue. I was wondering if there is maybe a POS setting we could tweak or something? It doesn't look like the controller is rebooting but the APs are losing connection.

    Thank You

The issue then is with the switches the AP's are drawing their PoE power from.  You need to stabilize the power to the PoE switches (maybe a UPS).
