APs not displaying stats

    I recently added APs to my controller. In the dashboard/Access Points, The APs show clients connected but not quality, noise, channel info etc. Any ideas why?

    What code version? Can you post a screenshot?

    Just updated the controller 5 weeks ago to the latest  code. Version not avail at the moment. see attachemnt - thxs

    HI,

     

    generally you will this kind output when AP radio is on AM mode. can you share the output of "show ap active" on the controller where these APs are terminated.

     

     

    Please feel free for any further help on this.

    You have 90 to 106 clients connected to an access point 2.4ghz radio.  What model access point is this and is it correct that you have 90 clients connected to them?
