I have a user remote user who keeps on complaining about poor performance on a RAP 3W.

When I look at the peformance of the RAP it shows up as poor.

I have ARM enabled on the SSID with the default  Channel of 70% for threshold and Channel Quality Wait time of 120 seconds. This AP never changes the channel.

Is there something else I should be looking at like reducing TX  or RX power or should I change the default thresold or channel wait time to something elsePoor QualityPoor Quality

A Rap3 only has a single radio, and chances are, it is on 2.4ghz.  It could be that the 2.4ghz band at that location is poor and you don't have any good choices, period.

    Type "

show ap monitor channel ap-name <name of ap>

That will show you how the controller sees the RF around that AP.
