ARUBA 3600 UPGRADE

ARUBA 3600 AP135 AP125 AP93 AP92, I want upgrade 3600 OS

which latest os can use.

Looks like you can go us the 6.4.x chain all the way.

6.4.4.6 is the latest as I look.

 

The release notes confirm:

"ArubaOS 6.4.x supports only the newer MIPS controllers (600 Series, 3200XM, 3400, 3600, M3, 7000 Series, and 7200 Series)"

Hi,

 

In general, the version 6.4, is the last version supported by 3000 series controllers, and most up to date version is 6.4.4.16, as you can see in the support page3600.PNG

 

 

 

Note that some AP like AP 207 are only supported by version 6.5, so they are not supported by series 3000 controllers.

please keep in mind that you need some memory sometimes to upgrade so it's better to do it using CLI and it will be better to delete all unnecessary file like logs and saved configuration before proceeding to upgrade.
