    Dear Air Heads Team,

     
    I am a user of Aruba AP, type: 205, more detail is below:

    I want to use 11k feature on this AP, I enable 11k on the Web:

    then I use my phone Samsung s8 which support 11k to connect to this wifi, the phone name is Wxy's8 and the MAC is: 04:D6:AA:C7:1B:DF

    then I type "show ap dot11k-beacon-report 04:D6:AA:C7:1B:DF " to check the 11k beacon report from the phone, but the report is empty, I wait for so long and the report still be empty:

    Is there any way can issue a beacon report request from Aruba AP to my phone to get the 11 k report?

    Please, anyone know how to use Cli to issue an 11k beacon request to stations?

    Maplewxy,

     

    It looks like we have an issue with obtaining a  802.11k beacon report on instant for access points 2xx and 3xx.  I am asking questions internally about if and when this would be fixed.
