Hello, I can integrate the antena (ANT-2X2-5314) in Access Point AP-224AC?
Please, i need help me
Thanks!
The following are the recommended antennas for the 224 (from the ordering guide: http://www.arubanetworks.com/pdf/products/OG_AP-220.pdf)
Although other antennas may work with adapters; the ANT-2x2-5314 kit is only a 5GHz antenna; and the connector type is N-type x 2.; however the 224 is RP-SMA x 3. Unless somone has additional suggestions, I don't think it is a good match.
Is possible install antennas the other vendor?
I need external antennas with the following characterized:
Band: 5.1 GHZ - 5.8GHZ
Type: Direccional
Gain: 14 dbi
Polarization: horizontal
Degress: 60°
N-TYPE: Outdoor.
Thanks!!
The AP-ANT-93 is probably what you want, though it only has 20 degree beamwidth in both vertical and horizontal. You'll need the pigtail adapters as well to connect from N-type to RP-SMA.
To use single band antennas with AP-220 you need to cable to diplexer then cable form diplexer to single band antennas.
this part has been used by some customers to do this

Un used ports should be terminated with
