We have AP-205 installed in the hotel and its a new deployment too

We installed AP in each room as per attached Heat map we are getting signal in each room with stable But when you roam around the corridor clients getting signal but move from one AP to other AP signals getting dropped and after 10-15 secs im getting the signal

What could be the issue ? Coverage or Configuration issue

Also attached picture of client roaming in corridor in red line where we are facing signal dropping issue but if you siwtch off the wifi and switch on you will get connecting again

I totally fed up what could be the issue?

If you have an Android phone, you should download Aruba Utilities from the Play store. You should then go to the place where devices get dropped and take a screenshot of what signal strength are seen for that SSID where the device drops. That will give us, from a device perspective the signal strength that is seen.

The Airwave heatmap shows coverage, but only from the access point perspective. We need something that will tell us coverage from the client perspective.

There is no tool for Windows mobile that we make, but do you have an app to tell you signal strength of access points where you get cut off?

You need something to measure the signal strength in that area, otherwise we don't know if to turn the power up or down...

There is no problem with signal coverage only when i roam from one ap to another signal dropping and then after 15-20 sec automatically it was showing full signal strength like that it was happening

With client disconnects, coverage could be good, but the power could be either too high, too low or has alot of co-channel interference.  We need a client tool to understand what the environment is like to understand the next move to make.
