    How i will going to access GUI of Arouba 3200XM Controller through its default IP and through which port?

    What is IP?

    Please help me in this regard

    If you plug an ethernet cable in any port (except console), you should get an ip address and try to reach the controller on 172.16.0.254.

    Can we upload the software in the Controller thorough GUI as well or it can only be done through cli? If it can be done through GUI how it could be done?

    You can upload the controller via both GUI and CLI.Capture.JPG

    You can upgrade the image by going to the maintenance tab in the GUI and using the local file upload option.

    I have tried to upload this software version on the controller but it gives me following error message. 

     

    "This software is not supported by current platform"

     

    Currently following version is installed 6.1.3.7.

     

    Please let me know how to upgrate the controller to the latest software. Does it need to upgrade to any previous version before upgrading it to the latest one.

    If so can you send me the download link of that software?

    Which version are you trying to upgrade and is it for 3000 series controller.

    I have tried to install the following version 6.3.1.2_41362 and
    6.4.0.0_4.2.2.5.9 but in both the cases it is giving same error message

    did you download ArubaOS_MMC_6.3.1.3_42233? do you have an actual Aruba 3200XM (no other vendor or non 3200XM?).

    No I did not try to install this version.
    Yes I have actual around 3200xm
