I have a school system that is trying to utilize the airgroup feature and we are running into a couple issues and was wondering if anybody has any suggestions on how to troubleshoot it.  This is what I am seeing.

A teacher walks into Room 112 and wants to connect to its AppleTV.   They double click the airplay button and it gets a list of apple TV lists.  The problem comes sometimes it shows room 112's apple tv and sometimes it doesn't.  So the question is where does that IPAD get the list from?  I am assuming from the controller correct?  If I look under the Airgroup servers on the dashboard Room 112 shows up.  Now if I disconnect the Wifi and reconnect it sometimes will get a diffrent list.  Anything I can do to troubleshoot?

Are the both on the same subnet?  Is there NAT between those two subnets?
