    Hi,

I want to use Airwave 8.2.3 to manage a WLC MX-800 with firmware 9.1.7.1.

When I add this controller, AMP show error in the configuration of the controller. I need a temple. Where I download os use the template for this appliance/firmware?

    Beste regards,

Airwave currently dont support juniper devices for configuration. Airwave supports it only for monitoring. The software version for juniper devices is validated upto 9.1.0.6.0.

    Hi Vishnu.

On page 10 of the document “AirWave 8.2.3.1 Supported Infrastructure Devices”, which can be found at https://support.arubanetworks.com/Documentation/tabid/77/DMXModule/512/EntryId/23720/Default.aspx, it states that several "Juniper controllers and APs are supported for monitoring, configuration, and software upgrades", validated up to version 9.1.0.6.0. Isn't that true?

It should have been monitoring the configuration, but not actual configuration. I will update the concerned team on the guide. Thank you for pointing it out.
