But ... This option makes the Airwave acknowledged the alerts when this alert has 14 days, but if this alert is not resolved,  acknowledged too?

For exemplo:

I have created an alert when radio AP this downl. If this radio is set up the alerts should deseparecer n?

lets keep it simple:

acknowledged = you aware.

if the device up or down it will effect the up / down counter

(regarding your 14 days question - yes)
