On Saturday our syslog started filling up with these:

    Jan 23 09:37:49 10.30.32.9 nanny[686]: <303001> <ERRS> |AP 089-AP049@10.30.32.140 nanny|  Unexpected nanny runtime error at sigHandler, 1499, nanny got unexpected signal 10

We're getting them from just one controller and just this AP, so I'm thinking it's a failing AP, just wondering if anyone's seen this before.

I have seen that before when an AP is rebooting or having issues contacting the controller .

You should run the following to see the reason :

Show log system all | include ap MAC address

    Show ap debug system-status ap-name

Nothing interesting in the log -- just hundreds of copies of the entry I pasted above.

Nothing which looks wrong in the debug.

I'm off to open a ticket with TAC...

What version of code is this?

    6.3.1.0

We're upgrading to 6.3.1.2 (which I see just went into General Availability) on Monday morning.

Let us know if that fixes it.
