Ap 205 reboots frequently

    Hi,

     

    i recently deployed for the first time an ap 205.  Unfortunately it reboots frequently (multiple times a day) due to :

     

    Nov 27 14:41:32 2014 192.168.212.40 nanny[994]: <303022> <WARN> |AP AP-BE-DI-086@192.168.212.40 nanny| Reboot Reason: AP rebooted Thu Nov 27 14:40:05 CET 2014; SAPD: Unable to contact switch: HELLO-TIMEOUT. Last rebootstrap reason: Missed heartbeats: Last Sequence Generated=8189 Sent=8189 Rcvd=8159, 227 sec before: Last Ctrl msg: HELLO len=1302 dest=192.168.101.252 tries

     

    I replaced it by an ap 105 (we've got about 90 of these).  This one works with the exactly the same config without any problem. Ruled out cabling and power injector.  We're running firmware 6.4.2.2.

     

    Any idea?

    Are there errors on the physical swithcport?

    This switch is unmanaged so i have no idea.  I'm having the ap returned to my office and have it tested out next week.

    Is that your only AP205 with that issue?

    I only have one in production.  Gonna see next week if i can reproduce it with another one.
