Hi,
have you added a route for 10.10.200.0/24 Network to your internet gateway (router or firewall)?
Using switch syntax: ip route 10.10.200.0 255.255.255.0 10.10.100.2
Does that device do NAT for 10.10.200.0/24 Network? (Small routers typically NAT everything, enterprise grade firewalls might need configuration, if adding networks to the infrastructure...)
Firewall rules for new network in place?
Is 10.10.100.1 the internet gateway? (in enterprise LANs DHCP server typically is different from internet gateway)
Config looks ok (should be optimized for aspects besides routing. like loop avoidance and more...).
