I have aruba 3400 controller with 140 AP's configured in RAP mode.

Yesterday we had a power outage and the controller got restarted, after which it is not able to ping one particular IP of local wired PC.

The controller was able to access this PC before the power outage.

However the system is still able to ping the controller, but controller could'nt.

If i restart the controller then controller is able to ping that system and may be after 6 hrs again the issues starts.

If i change the system IP the controller is able to ping the new IP.

We are missing alot of detail on your post.  That could happen if you have another device with the same ip address.

EDIT:  To test for this, type "clear arp" on the controller when this happens and then try to ping the host again.
