Aruba 620 files

I want to upgrade 620 os 6.1 to 6.3 but not enough memory ,so i want to delete some files

which files can i delete ,and which is unuse

You can delete the flashbackup and also you should do a tar logs tech-support and then delete the resulting logs.tar file.
