Aruba 650 Upgrade problems

I was running 6.1.2.0 on an Aruba 650.  I tried upgrading to the latest 6.1.3.4 and ran into a space issue.  I tried reverting back to 6.0.1.3 and 6.0.0.0. These were loaded via "CPBOOT". I was thinking it had to do with the repartition during the upgrade, however that was not the case.  It appears that something is eating up all the space in /flash. I deleted everything I could but it looks like there is something hidden. While in CPBOOT I ran a FLTEST and recieved this error Error: start and/or end address not on sector boundary.   How do I fix this problem since there is no format flash or any other fsck command?
