Can Aruba 650 and 3200 directly upgrade to AOS 7.2? Upgrade to AOS 7.2 because need to use AppRF.

Need upgrade the RAM?

By default, Aruba 650 and 3200 come with have many MB or GB RAM?

AOS 7.2 is for mobility switches, you can not use it on controllers.

AOS 6.2 which is available for controllers that contains the AppRF features.

Unfortunately, 650 will not support this feature while on 3200 you will need to upgrade the memory.

Small correction. 650 is supported. only the 651 controller will be converted to 650.

ArubaOS 6.2.x is supported only on the newer MIPS controllers (7200 Series, M3, 3400, 3600, 600 Series,
3200XM, and any 3200 with its memory upgraded using 3200-MEM-UG kit).

Legacy PPC controllers (200, 800, 2400, SC1 and SC2) and 3200 (default memory) are not supported. DO
NOT upgrade to 6.2.x if your deployments contain a mix of MIPS and PPC controllers in a master-local
setup. 

Upon upgrade to ArubaOS 6.2, the internal AP of the 651 controller will be disabled. The controller will
then operate as a 650 controller.

Does this mean the 620 and 650 will support AppRF feature or it will only be able to run the 6.2.x with limited functionality?

Sorry about the version of the AOS, i'm was confuse about the version of the AOS.

For Aruba 650 RAM, does it upgradeable? Can it enjoy AppRF feature?

i don't believe so, no AppRF for the 6xx models.
