Aruba AP-204 can't connect to AC620

    Dear Everybody

     

     

         I have a question. I have Aruba AP-204 and I want to connect with AC620. but It's not work.

     

    I see into dashboard  AP-204 can connect to AC620, can ping and status is up about 1-2 minute. then It's lost. and status is down

     

    I tried to check physical. It's Ok.

     

         P.S.   AP-204 is version  ( APBoot 1.5.3.12 (build 45191) )

                   AC620 is version 6.4.2.2

     

         I'm not sure for this firmware. It would be compatible ( AP-204 and AC620 )

        

         Please suggest me for this case.

    HI Friend,

     

    Can you share AP-debug output ??

     

    for your ref :

     

    1. logging level debugging ap-debug <Ap name>

    2. show log ap-debug all

         I have a question. AP-debug output I can console into AP and get them? or can get in AC?

    Hi,

     

    We can not get any logs from the AP. we should run these commands in the controller ( LMS)where that particular AP is terminated.

     

    Please share those logs, it will help us to figure out the reason.
