Does this mean that if we have neede 3500 AP , we can stack 2 * 7240 Controlllesr to reach that ?

&  if we stacked 4 Controllers we can reach  4 * capacity & so on ?

The controllers cannot be stacked. The cables used for stacking the mobility access switch are 10G twinax cables which can be used for short 10G interconnections. You can use these on the controller for connections to other devices at 10G
