    I make integration with Controller 7010 with OS 6.4.2 with LDAP and it is suucefully done

    when authneticating with Android Phone it works well

    when authenticating from Windows 7 , Windows 8 , Windows 8 it cannot authenticate and there is error

    by referring to Aruba Support they told me to install windows PEAP-GTC Plugin to work and enable AAA-Fast Connect and inner EAP Termination on the Controller 

    is there automatic way to enable this feature becaues  i cannot download this plugin on windows mobile

    That is a limitation of doing encryption with LDAP.  You should instead, install NPS on your Windows Server and do Radius Authentication.  http://community.arubanetworks.com/t5/ArubaOS-and-Controllers/Step-by-Step-How-to-Configure-Microsoft-NPS-2008-Radius-Server/m-p/14392/highlight/true#M6113

     

    LDAP should not be used, because of the reasons you stated.
