Aruba Guest Printout logo "x" issue

    Can anybody give me some help on my Aruba Guest Printout logo display "x" after print.(Our Aruba is Aruba650 and OS is 5.0.41)

    I have already upload our company logo on "Configuraiton-Access Control-Guest Access". And with the preview mode, everything display normally like below

    But if we try to use printer to print it out. Then our company logo will display "x" like below

    OK...

     

    I finally find the issue, the issue comes from the picture size is not correct.. I tried to use 55x120pix picture. Everything worked well now.
