Hi, Apologies, I'm not very well verse in the setup nor the product, which is why I'm seeking help and advice :) Wondering if anyone seen or had face this issue with provisioning portal. We had provision a few for guest login, and when guest access to the SSID to access website they are prompt to login. Once login, we had error that prevent us from logging and use Internet. Wondering if anyone could advice what happened, is this due to our browser? Used to work well without any changes lately. Attached is the screenshot. Thanks, Peng

It's happening because your HOMEPAGE is HTTPS or your (Welcome) redirect site is HTTPS.

    A. Be sure that the date & time are right on the client side

    B. change your welcome page to none HTTPS site.

    C. change your default homepage in your browser to none HTTPS site

D.Be sure to work with an updated AOS version.

Thank you for your speedy advice. Weird part is that all used to work with HTTPS only now :( As for AOS, we have not updated for quite awhile and current version we are using on the controller is 6.1.2.3 Which is the stable version and if we could fall back to our current version if we had problems after upgrading the AOS? Thanks again for your quick response :)

    • Go to the support site and download the latest version that under General Avilablity.
    • Update the partition you arent using - if you will have any issue just reboot from the previos partition.
    • Enjoy.
