Bandwidth on wireless will typically be half that of wired because it is half duplex and the badwidth is shared among clients on the same access point.

Where is your badwidth limit applied?

Get the logs.tar from your system:

    1) Logon to the Web UI of the controller(s)
    2) Go to Maintenance > Copy logs > Download Logs > and check :Include Technical support Information" and click on apply.
    3) Save this log to your system

    4) I will send you a link to send it to me.

Please remove the bandwidth contract from the roles, so that you can measure the true performance of your network.  Please also take a look at the suggestions I sent you Via PM.  None of the changes cause any distruption.

How to block Bittorrent for everyone:

You need to have the Policy Enforcement License Installed (you do)  You would then need to edit the Global SaCL ACL to block bittorrent:

Go to Configuration> Security> Access Control> Policies Tab.  Edit the "Global-Sacl" firewall policy.  This is the firewall policy that applies to everyone.

Click on Add and Select the options like the screenshot:

    peer-to-peer.JPG

Click on Add on the right, then click on Apply.  Click on "save configuration" at the top to make sure it is pushed to all of your locals.  This should block peer to peer traffic for everyone.

Note:  If someone is currently bittorrenting, it will not stop them, only if they attempt to start a session.
