    I am having difficulty assigning a 802.11a channel for my mesh portals.  I created a new VAP, and new ARM profile which I disabled, and in the VAP's regulatory domain I unchecked all but channel 165.  I applied and saved but the AP is still on channel 153.  I rebooted the AP and it remains on chanel 153.
