    Hi,

     

    I have Aruba 620 mobility controller, and i have configured SSID profile and upplied to the AP group.

     

    I am able to get the ping from public DNS and as well my controller IP.

     

    But i was un able to access the internet and controller through WebUI . Can you please guide me how to configure.Helpful, If you could share the relevant documents.

    Hi Sathish,

    May i know the default-gateway for the client ? It would be great if you upload the copy of tech-support config to review it.

    Do we see the arp entry for the default gateway on the client itself (arp -a) ?

    Can you share me the basic configuration document of aruba 620 mobility controller.

    Hi Sathish,
    Thanks much for providing config.
    I could there is one vlan on the controller with DHCp configured and again we have the default gateway to the controller itself.

     

    Could you please confirm the below things:-

     

    Are we able to ping the client gateway ?
    Is the client able to do nslookup to google or yahoo?
    Are we able to ping controller gateway ?
    Can we do a traceroute to 4.2.2.2 from controller ?

    You can also reach me at 408.585.1928 for any help.

    Are we looking for any specific configuration on the 620 controller that i can help you?
    From running-config, i see we have pretty much the basic config itself.
