    Hi All,
We encounter issues with our 2 unit master/local deployment, whichwas working smoothly for a few years, however, our primary unit configuration was not working properly (Configuration missing) and sync with local unit even after upgrade firmware for both units.

Appreciate if anyone can guide or share information on troubleshooting relates since I'm new with Aruba. Thanks

You should start with a TAC case, because it could be something that was never observed before.

    Hi cjoseph,

At this moment we don't have any support or maintenance with Aruba.

Any other way or simple troubleshooting that I can refer to find the root cause?. Thanks

What is the problem exactly?  The configuration not synching?   Is it configured as a master/local or master/backup master?  Type "show switches" on the commandline of the master controller and paste the output in here, please.
