May i check on the following message,

AP Licenses               3

RF Protect Licenses       4

PEF Licenses              2

Overall AP License Limit  2

Is the current limitation on LIC PEF ? Based on the assumption if we add one more LIC PEF it will bring Overall AP License Limit  to 3?

In this case, PEF was 2 but AP was 3.

How the controller calculate which one use PEF or PEF is inactive when the license lower than AP?

The controller will only allow the lowest number of APs to work (2 in your example).

If you only have AP licenses, 3 APs could work.  If you add any difference licenses, the controller will only allow the number of APs for the least amount of licenses.  That is why your number of licenses need to match.

Actually, I told my customer to purchase additional license to mach with AP license. But some customer had a question about what happens when it is not equal.

For example, the quantity as who posted. The difference license cannot work until it equals to AP license, right?

The maximum number of access points allowed would match the smallest license.
