I have had a customer report that an NTP sync error caused on eof the controllers in a cluster to have the wrong time. The result of this was that guest users were not being redirected to the CP page but being given interne taccess in their final role. The situation has now been rectified but does anyone have an explanation as to how this could have occured?

More information is needed to understand what could have happened. What NTP sync error are they referring to and how did it happen?
