Can I Create AP Groups on Local that didn't created on Master?

    Dears as I know Local take APGroups from Master but Can master take AP groups from local?

    No, AP groups cannot be created on a local; only the master.

    Thanks,so indly help me in this scenario  I have 4 Controllers (2 Controllers 3600 and 2 controller 650)

     

    I need 3600 controllers to be master and Hot-standby Master using VRRP

    and 2 650 Controller to be Locals that will point to VRRP IP (Right!!!)

     

    and I need the access points to be terminated on the locals and use the MASTER as backup for fast AP failover.

     

    Master IP:10.0.10.20 VLAN 100

     

    StandBy Master 10.0.10.21 VLAN 100

     

    VRRP IP - 10.0.10.19

     

    Local Controller 1 IP- 10.0.11.20 VLAN 111

     

    Local Controller 2 IP -10.0.12.20 VLAN 112 

     

    Now on Master Controllers I will create the VRRP (but the preempt Option) should I enable it?

    and after finishing the VRRP with IP 10.0.10.19 I will go back to master 10.0.10.20 and add local controllers and then on locals add master controller I and verfiy the IPSEC tunnels between local and master.

     

    NOW : On Master Controller  I will add the LMS IP :10.0.11.20  and backup 10.0.10.19 for specifcic APGroup that I want to use in Local 1

     

    and On Master Controller I will add the LMS IP :10.0.12.20 and Back UP 10.0.10.19 or specifcic APGroup that I want to use in Local 2

     

    now all controllers have capacity licenses needed so all access points now should be terminted on both locals and the Master will be the back up for fast fail over.

     

    now I need to know when the access point will be terminated on local May face issues and Kindly advice for whole scenario and also IPs that will be used for VRRP and Preempt option as well.
