    Hospital environment with IVpumps using a VLAN 5. Pumps pretty quiet most of the time. We have a project where they are introducing Google Glasses for doctors to use. Instead of creating another VLAN and all the router configs that go along with it I would like the user role to ride on that same VLAN.

    You could use a user derivation rule (udr) that looks for the first three bytes of the mac address to set the role.
