    Dear all friend and expert,

    I have 100 IAP 325

Is there any way for my AP will automatically detect ip of controller. Because if i setting per ap, i will spend alot of time for that as bellow step:
    - set static ip, mask, gw
    - convert iap to campust ap
    - move ap to group ap

Now, i want to automatically detect controller as below
    - ap will get ip from dhcp
    - after reboot it will connect to controller, and then, i move it to ap group only ?

Please help me and give some advices

    Thank you so much,

    Lee nguyen

If you bring all of your IAPs up in a cluster, a single convert will convert them all.

No need to set static IPs, DHCP will more than suffice.

    Dear jrwhitehead,
As my understand your ideas is:

Firstly i will boot one iap and it's master (virtual controller)
And then i will bring up all ap and it will use auto join mode protoco to join my virtual controller
After that i will click convert iap to ap campus is that right, please correct me if I'm wrong

    Thank you so much
