Can't Enable UCC on Controler

    Hi all,

    I've two WLC 7210 running 6.5.1.4 version.

    I've configured enable UCC but i still can't see it on my Controller.

     

    Here is output:

     

    show mgmt-servers

    Do you have a firewall inline that could be dropping the traffic?

     

    Try to see if anything is being sent by examining the message counters:

     

    show mgmt-server message-counters process ucm

    We dont' have firewall here .

    When you say "UCC" what application are you looking for?

    The mgmt-servers command is used to stream information to Airwave.  AFAIK "UCC" visually should work without those commands, really.

    Ahh right Colin, totally missed that this was regarding visibility on the controller itself.

     

    Try the following commands and see if UCC is seeing any traffic at all:

     

    show ucc call-info cdrs

    show ucc statistics counter call global

    Hi Colin and Dennis,

    Maybe i was wrong between ucc feature and normal traffic monitoring feature .:(

    in my opinion, i think that i can use UCC to monitor applications what clients use : skype, facetime....
