Can't View Web Categories on Airwave

  • 1.  Can't View Web Categories on Airwave

    Hi all,

    I've a trouble with airwave running version 8.2.4.1 that is only Web Categories not showed even though i can see it on my controller.

     

    Any one can help me fix this issue?

    Hey, what ArubaOS version are you running on the controller? Do you see the same issue when using a different browser and what are the browser versions you are running?

    Hi Zalion,

    I'm using 7210 controller running 6.5.1.4 version .

    I have the same issue with all browser :) even all of them are up to date

    Thanks, I've had a look at your ArubaOS version is supported in the same AirWave version which you are running. Can you run the below and confirm all data is being sent to AirWave?

     

    #show mgmt-server message-counters process fw_visibility

    Thanks for your response.

    This is the ouput, it seem like controller not send App Category because at all line, this value is zero :( but i dont' know why my controller not send App Category to Airwave.
