Can't open Aruba case with support@arubanetworks.com, I get no reply

My SE also confirms he can't get email.

Bigger issue at large probably.

FYI; Just got a reply took over 10 min.
Confirming with SE if he is getting email as well

I noticed some issues when I got in this morning, where outlook wasn't operation properly.  But I worked around it by using webmail instead until they got the outlook portion restored.  This was between 6 AM and 10 AM PDT.  During the same time, the support site and community site saw some outtages as well.
