Can't set Time on Aruba AP 365

I have two AP's connected to a switch and one is not getting the correct time.  It is showing 5 hours ahead.  The AP is not showing up in Central or Instant.  I've connected via console and tried to set the time with the Clock Set command and it gives me the following message.  I've rebooted but get the same issue.  This is a AP 365

 

"Cannot set the system clock to more than one hour back in time.  If the current clock is too far ahead, please reboot the AP and then set the time"
