Cannot see new map in ALE demonstrator app

    Howdy,

     

    I added a new floor plan to VisualRF and would like to test it out in ALE Demonstrator app on Android. However it still shows me only the old floorplan. I'm on ALE 1.2.1 and AirWave 7.7.10. It's the latest demonstrator app version.

    I recall having to tweak a config on ALE 1.1, but I can't seem to find what it was and where I read the advice. Maybe someone remembers or had a similar issue?

    Sigh, I found the config file that I was thinking about right after posting. Murphy's law!

    Although it's still a necessary step (adding your AirWave credentials to locationserver.conf), everything seems right in there. Still no dice with new maps. Any ideas?

    Answering my own question but in case someone else is looking for the info...

     

    If you specifically search for 'ALE demonstrator' in Google Play you will find it
