Captive Portal : Custom logout popup window

    Hi All,

     

    End-customer would like to customize the popup window,  after guest successful authentication.

     

    The A3XX0 redirects correctly to external CPPM Guest, shows the default popup window of the controller, but then the guest needs to open a new tab in browser to get internet

    The goal would be to display a message "Do not close with window..needed for deauth, please open a new tab"

     

    Any idea regarding this request ?

    You could customize the popup window, but a problem is that many browsers automatically block popups, so that could leave alot of your clients without the notification you desire.  Opening a new tab, also might be beyond the capabilities of most users.

    If you inlcude a link "https://<controller ip>/auth/logout.html, on the first page a user sees after authentication, a user will be able to click on it and log themselves out.

     

    There are quite a few possibilities here and you should probably contact support to get the experience you desire.
