The controller is not allowing us to login,  we cannot  access to controller´s  web interface and create a guest-user with a managment user ( guest-provisioning role).

The browser show us a certificate error "This certificate has expired or is not yet valid"

The firmware  was updated recently from  6.1 to  6.4.4.6  version to solve the issue but the new firmware doesn´t solve the issue.

Could you help me to solve the issue?

    Thanks.

    Regards.

    Ivan.

Did you set the time on the controller or your management station?

Please upgrade to 6.4.4.10 or newer. The version 6.4.4.8 has a revoked (and probably expired) certificate built in.

Starting 6.4.4.10, the controller will generate a self-signed certificate. Which will show an untrusted (instead of expired) certificate warning.

To get rid of the certificate warnings, you will need to install a trusted certificate. Check this post on the background on what happened between 6.4.4.9 and 6.4.4.10. That can be done on 6.4.4.8 as well.

If you still have a valid support contract, you can get 6.4.4.15 from the Aruba Support website.
