Changing email for licensing

    I need to change the email address for our licensing login.  How do I do that while making sure that all the licenses that I created will still be valid with the new email username?  Please advise.

    Could you please provide more information on the type of license you are referring to? Is your email address tied to an Aruba TAC support contract?

    My universiy email is specifically tied to all our controller licenses and I need that to be an alias so that other people on the team and transfer licenses and add accordingly.

    Csymanik,

     

    You can have everyone use their individual email address accounts, but combine them into one domain.  It would also increase your visibility by tracking who did what.  You can just ask support to do this.
