I'm having an issue with our Chromebooks (OS version 21).

On a fresh boot they connect just fine. They also connect fine when you toggle the wireless off and on. However, when they sit at the user login prompt and go to "sleep" they don't reconnect properly.

Error on the Radius server (Windows 2008 R2 NPAS) is "The message received was unexpected or badly formatted"

Clients connect via 802.1x, WPA Enterprise/AES

Radius server is using a public cert.

These are the only devices that are giving me this problem..

    Has anyone seen this before?

We are having a similar issue with a classroom full of kids. They take an online test via google  and by the time they hit "submit" they have lost their connection. Upward of 45 minutes in some cases before submitting their form

Was there any resolution to this?

We have three FRESH Chromebooks ALL experiencing the same issue.
