    Hi All,

We have configured AirGroups on our Mobility Controller and we notice some stale entries are present when we run the "show airgroup cache entries" command.  It is my understanding that the value in the "Expiry" field indicates the remaining seconds until the cache entry expires but each time we run the command the value never changes.  Is there a way to manually purge these entries?  Could these entries cause stale/invalid printer entries on our iOS devices when using AirPrint?

    Hi,

    What is the AOS version?

Do you see cache entries for devices that it not present in the user-table or for a device that is not actually connected to the network (in case of wired device)?

    Thanks,

    Rajaguru Vincent

    Hi Rajaguru,

Thanks for the reply!  The AOS version is 6.4.4.0-FIPS.  The cache entries are for a device that is connected (wired) to the network and the IP of that device has changed.  We see the airgroup cache entries which show the new IP (in the "Origin" field) but we also still see the airgroup cache entries for the same device which reference the old IP of that device (in the "Origin" field).

    Hi,

Seems like it needs some troubleshooting. Please raise a TAC case.

    Thanks,
