When trying to upgrade clearpass (cumilative update 4 for 6.5.1,2 and 3) i recieve the error Not enough space in boot partition. Does anybody have a solution to this?

I have seen this once before and it seems to be related to a special order of installing updates, failed updates or many updates.
Please open a TAC call. TAC can easily resolve this issue in a remote session.
