    Hi

We originally had band steering set and disabled load balancing as was recommending 5 years ago, we also have  N off for 2.4Ghz.

Now we have upgraded the OS to 6.4 should we be using Client Match? Should I now turn off band steering and enable load balancing or will Client Match overide these settings?

    Should I now allow N for 2.4Ghz?

    Many thanks

ClientMatch will override the individual knobs (Band Steering, client LB , sticky devices)

Why disable N on 2.4 , essentially that gives your N 2.4 devices a boost on the data rates/speeds that N introduced

    Hi

I am not sure why it was setup that way originally?

    Profiles - RF Management - 802.11g radio - N-off - ARM - single-band - a-only

    Should i remove N-off?

What kind of devices are you using? How many clients are in your network with how many access points?
