    Hey Everyone, I have a customer with an Aruba 7030 running 6.5.0.4. The clients on the guest SSID are unable to access the Citrix site (https://citrix,ichs.com). IT's completely accessible from the outside world or the other internal SSIDs. When I try to add an access rule to my policy, the count of rules turns to 0 as soon as I click apply. Under that rule, I see a statement that says "Application rule will not be applied to unsupported platforms" is that what I'm running into? Thanks a bunch in advance for the help, the villagers are getting angry....

    What do the ACLs on your guest role look like right now?

    Thanks for the replies, My access rules were correct, It turned out to be a firewall ACL.
